Popular altcoin project Notcoin is launching a new Telegram story-driven game called “Lost Dogs” in collaboration with two other TON Blockchain-based projects. The game combines Notcoin’s TON-based NOT tokens, Lost Dogs NFTs and a new in-game token called WOOF.
A new game is coming in collaboration with TON ecosystem projects!
Notcoin has launched a new story-driven Telegram game in collaboration with TON social projects team Lost Dogs Co and NFT trading platform Getgems. As you have been following on Kriptokoin.com, Notcoin was the first Telegram game to pioneer the click-to-win model. In the process, the game attracted the attention of 35 million players. All users had to do was press a button and earn in-game currency. This money later became the $1 billion NOT token airdrop on the TON Blockchain. The NOT token currently has a market capitalization of $1.3 billion.
Other clicker-style Telegram games such as Hamster Kombat, Yescoin and Catizen followed. However, Notcoin was the first to move away from the click-to-win model, with the project’s founder Sasha Plotvinov deciding to end the mining phase at its peak on April 1, which he did not expect to be sustainable. Plotvinov previously said in a statement that the plan for the next four years is for the project to become team-independent by building sustainable and efficient subsystems.

What’s in the Telegram game Lost Dogs?
The new free game, launched within the Notcoin ecosystem but dubbed “Lost Dogs”, adopts a different style of gameplay where players embark on a dog-themed quest, join communities or “teams”, invite new players and vote on their dog’s actions to find a new home. “Every decision is crucial, with ethical implications that shape the narrative and affect the dogs’ journey,” says the team.
The game’s characters are represented by Lost Dogs NFTs. They also evolve with the story by “gaining special powers” and “becoming celebrities” within the game, the team says. Vanya, founder of Getgems, said: “Our goal is to show how NFTs can create and communicate narratives, driving mass adoption through innovative storytelling and gameplay. This is just the first of many games to be powered by Notcoin, setting the stage for a new era of interactive Blockchain experiences.”

Players earn NOT and the new in-game currency WOOF
“Lost Dogs” players can earn NOTs and a new in-game currency called WOOF by joining the game. According to the team, each day players make choices that affect their dog’s story. The winning choice becomes the most popular, least popular or median decision among all players, depending on parameters set at the beginning of the day.
If a player wins, they receive a share of NOT tokens from a general pool. Players can also “mine” WOOF to win rounds and take various actions in-game. WOOF is initially a purely in-game currency, similar to the points system. However, in the future, it may also evolve into a TON Blockchain-based token, as NOT did.
