A motivational message came to the Shiba Inu community
Lucie shared an inspiring message for the Shiba Inu community a few days ago. This tweet, consisting of only four words, carries promising clues about the future of the SHIB ecosystem. Although it does not refer to any Shibarium updates or special projects, it emphasizes that the SHIB community should be patient and maintain their faith that the best days are yet to come. According to some, this message may be a reference to another post shared last Friday. In that post, Lucie stated that the SHIB ecosystem is currently in the early stages of major developments.
In another post shared on Friday, Lucie drew the SHIB community’s attention to the significant achievements made by the Shibarium network this week. Shibarium is known as the layer-2 blockchain of the Shiba Inu ecosystem. Moreover, it has experienced a significant increase in the number of transactions this week. The daily transaction count increased from 127,588 to a full 4.77 million in just a few days. The total number of transactions since Shibarium’s launch in August was recorded as 435,711,744. This data is a significant indicator that the SHIB ecosystem is actively growing.
Shibarium account count increases
There has also been a significant increase in the number of accounts on Shibarium. The number of accounts increased from 127,588 on October 21 to 171,199 just four days later on October 25. This represents a growth of approximately 34%. Lucie noted that the Shibarium team and the SHIB ecosystem in general are working hard. “From Shibarium projects to the Core Team (Shibaswap), everyone is working hard!” she said. SHIB burns, which aim to increase the value of the token by reducing the supply, have also gained momentum in the Shiba Inu ecosystem. Popular SHIB burn tracker Shibburn reported that the SHIB burn rate increased by 114% in the last day.
This increase was made possible thanks to six transactions that destroyed a total of 9,071,593 SHIB meme coins. Three of these transactions stood out, totaling 4,527,734, 3,577,935, and 1,918,753 SHIBs. Two of these transactions were made by the same sender, allowing millions of Shiba Inus to be transferred to unspendable blockchain addresses. The increase in SHIB burns is seen as a positive development for the SHIB community, which aims to increase the value of the token by restricting its supply. The SHIB community hopes that these burns will create a scarcer supply and accelerate the price upwards.
Meanwhile, Shiba Inu experienced a sudden drop in price on Friday, falling by 7.15 percent and falling to $0.00001656. This drop, especially on one-hour charts, showed itself as a very large red candle. It pulled SHIB down by 3.56 percent. However, after this drop, the meme coin entered a recovery process and recorded a 2.2 percent recovery. This recovery gives hope to SHIB investors, while the current price is trading at $0.00001691.
