Genesis transferred a large amount of tokens to Gemini

As you have been following on Kriptokoin.com, the crypto waters were calm during the week. As we prepare to enter the weekend, the market has started to gain some momentum. The leading crypto Bitcoin is struggling around the $63,000 band. Altcoins generally have a similar outlook, with exceptions like Toncoin (TON). As the crypto waters warmed up, the whales moved in. According to on-chain observer Ember, bankrupt reorganized cryptocurrency brokerage platform Genesis Trading recently transferred 34 altcoins worth $36.46 million to Gemini. The main tokens that preceded this extensive list are:

  • 16.41 million GRT (US$4.83 million).
  • 123,000 INJ (US$2.94 million).
  • 396 million AMPJ (USD 2.92 million).
  • 32,000 AAVE (US$ 2.89 million).
  • 5.56 million MANA (US$ 2.43 million).

A large whale address transferred 517.5 MKR to Coinbase

Another on-chain watcher, The Data Nerd, reported that the whale address starting with 0x4A0 transferred 517.5 MKR to Coinbase. This whale bought MKR assets a month ago at an average price of $3,600. If the whale decides to sell now, it will lose $467,000.

A giant whale transferred 14.53 million ENA Coins to Bybit

A whale/institutional address that received 14.53 million ENA Coins from the Ethena multi-signature address recently reloaded all tokens worth USD 12.53 million to Bybit, according to tracking by on-chain data analyst ‘ai_9684xtpa. The on-chain monitor shared the following information about the whale’s ENA Coin transactions:

The suspected ENA Coin early investor/participant added 2.8 million ENA Coins worth $2.48 million to Bybit in the last 6 hours at an average price of $0.88. This address received 9.98 million ENA Coins from the Ethena project’s multi-signature address on 01.04.2024 and currently holds 7.18 million ENA coins worth $6.46 million.

A whale withdrew 37,000 ETH from ether.fi and deposited it on Coinbase

Meanwhile, on-chain Scopescan caught the significant movement of an Ethereum whale. Accordingly, a whale address recently withdrew 37,141 ETH (approximately $112 million) from ether.fi. Moreover, this whale subsequently deposited the withdrawn ETH on Coinbase.
