Avail, the Web3 infrastructure developed by Polygon, has launched an airdrop program. In this context, the cryptocurrency project will distribute 600 million native AVAIL tokens to users. This distribution project, called Unification Drop, aims to reward different communities.

As you have been following on Kriptokoin.com, one of the indispensable events in the crypto world is airdrop events. Now, one of them is about to begin. Avail, a modular Blockchain solution provider, has announced the launch of a major airdrop program. The cryptocurrency project has announced the airdrop rules accordingly. It has also launched an airdrop query website. The reward categories include developers of the entire Blockchain ecosystem, incentivized test-net participants. Mass users, Polygon PoS stakers, and community members who have made significant contributions to the Blockchain ecosystem will also be eligible.
The cryptocurrency project has decided to airdrop 600 million tokens in its program. Of these, 90 million tokens will go to Blockchain ecosystem developers. The project will distribute 49.5 million tokens to testnet users. The largest part of the airdrop, 380 million tokens, will be sent to rollup users on various blockchains. The remaining 70 million tokens will be allocated to Polygon stakers and 10.5 million to community contributors. The list of this distribution is as follows:
- Ecosystem developers: Developers who have made significant contributions to the Github repos – 90 million tokens.
- Incentivized testnet participants: Winners of crash node incentive rankings and lightweight client challenges – 49.5 million tokens.
- Ethereum L2 users: Highly active users of Arbitrum One, OP Mainnet, Polygon zkEVM, Starknet and zkSync – 380 million tokens.
- Polygon PoS stakers: Polygon PoS users – 70 million tokens.
- Community contributors: Individuals who contribute significantly to the ecosystem in terms of education, promotion and governance – 10.5 million tokens.

Avail, by the way, consists of three parts: Nexus, Fusion and DA. Avail DA improves base layer operations by scaling rollups. Data availability allows nodes to verify packetized transactions without the need to download all data. BYOD commitments allow verification of underlying data without disclosing private information. Avail Nexus acts as a bridge for users to transact across multiple blockchains. Avail Fusion provides liquidity for Ethereum, Bitcoin and other assets.
The project’s tokens are used by developers to access Avail DA’s services, maintain the fusion layer and participate in governance processes. A total of 354,605 wallet addresses will receive AVAIL tokens during the main-net launch. Many in the Polygon community have welcomed this airdrop. Avail has separated from Polygon Labs to become an independent tier. This move will allow Polygon to focus on Ethereum-native data availability efforts.
